Started loving Loo because of Molly being my favourite character in Sherlock. She's a loyal, intelligent, kind woman, and has a strength that's very rarely valued in TV but is just as important as going around kicking literal ass. And then Loo turned out also awesome, although that may be partly me having a weakness for feminists with a love of literature. Also her twitter is priceless.
