Because I can, and because crossovers are awesome, even if they're just between seasons. Also, because colours are awesome. Round 7-8 hours of relaxing drawing. So much fun. I've been geeking about Classic Who again lately, listening to audio adventures and rewatching episodes with Five.

I might make a step-by-step/tutorial for this, given that I've saved WIPs and references. Would anyone be interested?

This is GORGEOUS work. And this crossover actually happens at one point, too. Read the DW graphic novel The Forgotten if you haven't yet.
